Windup is operated by HeyFutureJesse Software. This notice covers the current pre-release website and its account features.

Accounts and sign-in

You can create an account and sign in to Windup. We use Clerk to provide account creation, sign-in, and account management. Clerk processes the information you provide through these forms and the account and session information needed to sign you in.

The details collected depend on the sign-in method and fields shown to you. These may include an email address or other sign-in identifier and profile details you provide. Windup uses your account identifier and sign-in status to control access to the dashboard.

Cookies and service providers

Clerk uses cookies to maintain your sign-in session. Blocking these cookies can prevent account features from working. You can read more in Clerk’s cookie documentation.

Requests to this website and its account services include technical information needed to deliver them, such as your IP address and browser information. Our hosting and account service providers process these requests to operate the website and sign-in service.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message. We use this information to respond and handle your request. Please do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

Account retention and deletion

Account details are kept while your account remains active. Contact windup@heyfuturejesse.com to request account deletion or ask about your information.

We may need to confirm that a request comes from the account holder before making changes. We do not currently specify a fixed deletion deadline or a provider backup removal period.

Photos, payments, and delivery

The current app does not accept event purchases, capture or upload your photos, or place print orders. The images on the landing page are illustrations, not customer photos. We will update this notice before introducing photo, payment, or delivery features.
